1 · Controller

The controller for personal data processed on this website is the provider named above (Art. 19 para. 2 lit. a FADP).

2 · What data, for what purpose

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics. When you visit the site, technical access data (including IP address and timestamp) arises at the hosting provider; it serves operation and abuse prevention and is not linked to you. Beyond that, personal data is processed when you submit the request form: first name, last name, email address, optionally your phone number, the selected engagement, optionally selected areas, and your free text. Purpose: answering your enquiry. No sharing for advertising, no sale, no profiling. If an engagement is concluded, we additionally process the related correspondence and the contract and invoicing records (notably the signed mandate).

3 · Recipients and cross-border transfer

The website, the form endpoint and email delivery are operated by Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland (processor; own datacenters in Switzerland). Form data is not stored at the endpoint; it is processed only to be forwarded, and delivery goes to a Swiss mailbox. In normal operation, no personal data is transferred to the USA.

4 · Retention

Enquiry data is kept as long as the correspondence requires and deleted thereafter, unless statutory retention duties apply.

5 · Your rights

You have, in particular, the right of access (Art. 25 FADP), rectification and deletion. Contact the controller via the channels above.

6 · Security

Transmissions are TLS-encrypted. The form endpoint validates input, stores no form data, and is protected against automated abuse.
